THURSDAY: PHILIP LIM FOR THE WIN
Spring may supposedly just around the corner but my mind is still on layering up + keeping warm. Cue 3.1 Phillip Lim's 2013 ready to wear collection. The colours! The fabrics! The bare legs + jumpers! Don't get me started on effortless yet chic hair + make up...

While watching the Saint Laurent show, I was a little confused as to whether this was Hedi Slimane's second collection or a grungy Topshop unique/boutique show. Sacrilegious I know. Trawling through the catwalk shots, I also found it hard to find a picture where the skinniness of the models legs didnt make me feel a bit queasy. (I know its YSL, I know its Paris, but seriously...) However, I really can't resist a grungy black dress, especially when coupled with a long wool coat, ankle boats + tights - swoon!
