the olsen twins are the masters of doing everything dramatically yet subtly and brows are no exception! it's only when you properly look at their faces do you realise how much structure they give the rest of their look, especially with messy hair and smokey make-up. WEDNESDAY: VAL GARLAND

while we're having a look at some of VAL GARLAND's work for Moschino's 'Cheap + Chic' collection (previous post) it is worth taking a minute to look at some of her other stuff too....
she works so beautifully with a minimal look but somehow manages to make it look rocking. she really understands where shadow and light falls on a face, and knows how to use colour to maximise the impact with minimum use...
***also loving what she did with the eyeliner below - i predict that will be a BIG LOOK this year
